"The room I had stayed was excellent. We all had the amenities in the room( hair conditioner, shampoo and shower gel). And all of them had got the famous brands. The pools both outside and inside got heated. This was quiet good because of coldness and rainy days. The hairdresser was quiet good either. Food was excellent. However especially meatballs and chicken taste were not good. It was looking like raw/undercooked. The personnel were quiet good. Worth of staying in here. Especially the room...

"What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. Easy to get around from the hotel, taxis are available...

"This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. I miss getting wifi when I wake up in the morning, but...
