"I had a great experience at the hotel. They have lot of dining options and a shuttle available to go to Ubud City. On my last day I had a negative experience with breakfast. I had explained about the egg allergy. They brought meal with egg. They took it back and removed the egg from my plate. I kindly explained that they need to remove the areas that there were bits of egg. They took it back and did the same thing again. "Excellent hotel stayed there a few times now only criticism is don't expect to get into your room before 3pm no exception vip or not five minutes early still won't get your key even when you can see it on the reception desk. Late checkout is hard to get aswell maybe an hour but any longer and you need to pay but overall nice stay "
