"It's all super inclusive Which is Great but the lack of variation and flavour is something you get with a 3star place. Just found it lacking in the food and drink area's even the a la carte restaurants didn't offer much of a change. The Italian was good but again lacking in flavour. Preferred club was great last year but this time round it's nit worth the extra and the only thing it offers is a less noisy place to eat. "

"At times it's difficult to fault parts of the experience at this hotel, but we couldn't help feeling that it is overall disappointing. We did not go all inclusive because we only stayed for three days and that may have some bearing on this review. Let's start with the good things. The food is very good, the breakfast is excellent, as are the Vertigo, beach bar and restaurant. Taverna Maria (not part of the hotel) is highly recommended. "Would have been a 5 star review, if not for the reduced levels of service and facilities due to the hotel closing for the end of season. As we paid full price, we should have received the same service as any other guest throughout the year. This is not the Ikos we have experienced in the past. The hotel had very few guest, in contract to high season so they should not be running out of towels, crips, ice creams, drinks etc daily. "Excellent hotel. Family friendly, great staff, good food. Beach and pools amazing although none of them heated so can be cold (we were there end of season) didn’t stop us though! Limited entertainment but nice vibe in the piazza area in the evenings."
