"It is a fairly pleasant hotel with the most staff people I've ever seen, seemingly eager to help you. It's almost fawning. But there are holes. The rooms have lovely light fixtures which manage to cover up most of the light sources. With EVERYTHING turned on, the room is extremely dark. Plus odd 'amenities.' Like, there's a hot water pot in the room, but no coffee or cups to use with it. When I asked for some, they looked at me like I was nuts, provide cups and offered to room service me coffee...

"Beautiful property in an upscale area. Highlights were the gorgeous landscaping (inner courtyards) and the superlative breakfast - the best “included” breakfast we’ve ever had on our extensive travels. Check-in reception was polite but not warm, pool was beautiful but frigid (solar panel heating at this price point maybe?), and house-keeping inconsistent.
