"This property is really one of its kind, nothing commercialised about it. My mom really enjoyed the scenery and how peaceful it is here, it’s great for a relaxing vacation to just take your mind off things back home. It is the definition of slow living here, and learning to appreciate and be in tune with the beautiful surroundings and unique heritage houses. Bonus point being that there are MANY estate cats here who are very friendly and happy to lounge with us in our room everyday. Loved it...

"Excellent for a 4 star hotel. Amazing pool and the private beach is one of the best I have ever seen. Best hotel experience so far. Only negatives are that there is no insulation around the windows and the gaps are huge. Bugs can easily crawl in."

"Great stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely surroundings and spacious room. Comfy bed with clean linens and towels. Didn’t use it (prefer the beach) but the pool looked clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Easy to walk to the beach and many good restaurants and close by. Could maybe do with some extra dusting in the room if I was being picky, get finishes touched up. V happy would rerun. Excellent value for money with the room size, bed and breakfast. "

"Stayed in Langkawi for 5 days and decided to try La villa for 2 nights as I heard nice things about it from friends, it was quite intimate very with a very relaxing atmosphere, furnishing were not luxurious but very comfortable, and the bed was just as comfortable as any 5 star I’ve stayed at if not more, fridge was fully stocked with drinks and snacks which was a plus. Breakfast is served either in a restaurant or in the villa which is what we opted for, you send your order through WhatsApp...

"A modern style room which was clean and spacious (the bathroom is as large as the room itself!) Check in was swift and the staff were friendly and even decorated our room as an anniversary surprise. Location is very close to Cenang beach. I would highly recommend staying here. There are no lifts in this hotel, which may be an issue to some. However this was not an issue to us as we only had to climb one set of stairs to reach out room."
