"This may sound unimportant to some, but I loved the firm pillows I asked for and was granted. They weren't memory foam (thankfully) but just nice and firm - and rectangular (a real plus over square). Also, the music at breakfast has improved dramatically since my last stay - no more depressing music, just jazz or in any case music without lyrics so I can think. So overall, a great stay!"
