"We enjoyed our top-floor room with water view. Parking was hassle-free. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and I would have said impeccable, except for chef Azim who seemed to lack candour when asked why our fish and chip was missing the malt vinegar stated in the menu. "Quite an old property. Hence didn’t impressed me much. The rooms has an old musky smell like any other hotels which were old. One of the lift was faulty when we were there, but no signs were put up. We waited long time to get to our rooms during peak hour. The hotel staff were helpful and kind when we asked questions. I liked that the hotel employed staff with disabilities, giving them a chance to be more independent. "

"Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. It will be better to install it on the wall rather then giving those unrecyclable small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. Nevertheless we did have a pleasant stay at this new hotel. "
