"Check in was comfortable and quick. We were given some sparkling wine because of Expedia which wasn’t helpful because we don’t drink - and I think the hotel should replace this with another benefit for those who don’t drink. Hotel offered a free cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday which was great. We were given an upgrade to a nicer room. The room is spacious and comfortable. Balcony with a good swimming pool view and drapes which open and close automatically. Bathroom spacious and nice. Good amenities but would recommend including creamer or milk for those who like a latte as a coffee. Big bed. Quiet room. Staff are efficient and room service is good. Location may not be the best as it’s a bit far away. Overall though, a nice place to relax especially if you’ll be in the room more. "
