"Comfortable and nice hotel with good sized rooms and location. Areas to improve; TV wifi connection is not stable and unwatchable both in room and in gym. Restaurant is OK. Not a great selection and not gourmet food. Think they could try harder with the menu and range of foods offered. Gym is excellent in terms of equipment but not enough cleansing wipes and also some running machines not working. Didn't use the spa/pool but looks very good."

"We stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is very relaxing and the staff are all really helpful. The room was very quiet, stylish and clean. There were a couple of things to make it better, cobwebs on the ceiling (high up and only noticed when in bed) and the grout in the shower was stained. The food and drink were all really good and we would recommend the breakfast! We would most definitely go back again as we didn’t use the spa on this occasion "

"Property is large with ample parking and couple of minites from centre which has plenty going on. Thebrooms are large also, although a little dated, the facilities downstairs have all been recently refurbished and look great. All the staff were welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was great. The only issue we had was when we were checking in, in which we had paid for an early check in, the reception desk was not manned, nobody came to assist for nearly 10 minutes and although we had paid for...

"The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I stay at this hotel regularly as it’s a great location for the Merry Hill shopping centre and nightlife. My only negative comment is the hotel is a little dated. They’ve recently added plasma TV’s to the room but removed a big mirror to put the TV. The TV in the room this time kept turning itself off which was really annoying. Also the QR code for the food menu wouldn’t work and there are no menus in the room anymore. "
