"Guy at the front desk who checked me in was super awesome and the rooms are SO nice. Actually was going to give this property five stars and say I was blown away…. Until I checked out and had an unfavorable experience at the valet. The attendant who pulled up my car straight up stared at me and watched as I struggled to get all my luggage into the trunk — didn’t even attempt to help, which was strange for a 5-star hotel. I honestly don’t know why I still tipped him. "

"Wow! Such a lovely hotel in a great location. Lovely Lady Adrienne helped us so much with things to do and booking cars, we had a tour that she helped arrange with VMS Limousine, we loved it!. Everyone was so lovely and helpful."

"Well located, comfortable bed, plenty of clothes storage and good breakfasts (charged). Dining options limited, nothing available after 10.00 pm when we arrived, not even a sandwich or room service. No snacks or drinks in room, fridge empty. Plentiful free drinking water. "
