"The room was very nice however we had no wash clothes and our bathroom door did not close as piece on the door frame was missing so the door was open all the time. "

I would just simply request trash bags in the room and have drinks downstairs that are more in date as the ones there were a few days away from expiration and we couldn’t drink them since they taste bad.
