"Lovely central location, good eager service, pretty view from bedroom, filling breakfast but hotel itself is in need of renovation, updating and modernizing and better lighting. Room lights, walls, flooring, bed mattress, bathroom…all challenging for elderly tourists. Pool was warm and good for lap swimming. We will return because the staff was great! Very welcoming"

"Room was decorated beautifully Reception staff were very welcoming & professional. Our breakfast experiences were entirely different. First day the waiter barely acknowledged us and didn’t say a word. He didn’t explain the choice of continental or full buffet breakfast. Service was minimal and very slow, uncaring. The next morning, the lady waiter was very warm and friendly. She went above and beyond to look after us. Beds & linens are comfy & good quality. "
