"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are fantastic and so is the pool. The food and service is first class: special mention for Kasuga, Velecia, Aditi and Meenashi. The area around the hotel is great for gifts and restaurants. We had an issue for a couple of days with the noise levels from a large wedding being hosted at the hotel which impacted on the public spaces. However, the hotel responded quickly and well when we raised our concerns. "

"I do not think this is a 5 star hotel. It can be at best a 4 star. Also I did not appreciate I was charged extra 900 rs.for 1 days breakfast and a small snack when I had paid for all other days and not even eaten on a few days. It was definitely not worth the price I paid."

"I’m quite sure this is the nicest hotel in central Panaji. You never really know until you are actually there. But I find it hard to imagine that anybody would be unsatisfied with a stay at the Crown Goa. The location is perfect, everything is close enough to walk. It sits like a crown, perched a top a hill, overlooking the Mandovi River An easy elevator ride gets you up to the hotel terrace. A river view room is well worth the extra money. I had a spectacular view out over the bougainvillea...
