"Had a lovely stay at Hotel Diplomat. Staff were excellent. My check-in went smoothly and they were attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay. Had one bad encounter with the host in the restaurant, but other than that everyone was very kind. The room was amazing, the view from my balcony was awesome, the location of the hotel cannot be beat. For the price it was exactly what I was expecting, I could not point out any faults. Really loved my stay. "

"Amazing hotel! Very professional and friendly staff especially Amanda, Selma and Astrid who contributed to a wonderful and relaxing stay at Hotel Reisen. We got an early check-in after 8 hours of flight form New York and got a room upgrade on the 7th floor. Room 703 is adorable. Breakfast was fabulous. SPA is great. This hotel is better than it looks on photos. there is everything you need in walkable distance. Will go definitely go back!"
