"I was stuck at the Munich airport and picked this hotel at random. It turns out, that Freising is a very charming and historic town. For an "airport" hotel, I was very happy. They don't have a shuttle so I took a taxi there. They do have a third party shuttle pick up in the mornings that cost around 10 Euros and runs every 30 minutes."

"The information said there would be a person at the hotel to register me until 6 p.m. I arrived at 5 p.m. and no one was there. Fortunately the machined worked fine to let me in. Also, there was no air conditioning so we were hot. We left the windows open at night to try to cool down and had to put up with lots of noise out on the street in front of our room. Difficult night with not a lot of sleep."

"The guesthouse itself was really nice- very clean and modern and comfortable stay with a large bathroom and kitchenette. The restaurant it’s attached to was very good food and seemed to be a very nice place. But be aware if you are not driving- it is out there in a tiny town with not a lot of options.
