"There were a few inconsistencies in the availability of transportation that was slightly inconvenient. Also there was an instance that we requested cleaning but no one came the entire day. It was a 3 night stay and overall it truly was a beautiful experience just a few hiccups that I will let the hotel know about directly. The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it. When I called to extend the satay a guy answered who seemed to be at home or in a loud area. I didn’t get any official receipt for my extension, he just sent me a link to pay.
