"Hotel property is in the nice neighbor, easily accessible from Manchester train station / airport. Hotel is very clean, staff is wonderful, rooms are very clean. Breakfast is awesome, have many options including vegetarian and vegan. Hotel is close to restaurants, conference center, mall, etc. We will definitely go back and recommend to tourists."

"lovely apartment hotel...would have expected better toiletries in the bathroom. The toiletries were not official white company ones as stated on their website. Would have expected other things too, like cotton buds, spare tooth brush etc. But on the whole a good stay. Car parking at the nearby q park, is very expensive, works out to £18 a day. Wished I'd parked elsewhere and then got an uber to the hotel. Would have been much cheaper."

"Stately old building that really leans in to its old-world charm. The room, for the most part, was fantastic, spacious and well laid-out. Our window looked out towards the Grand Pacific, a view that enticed us to try Friday night dinner over there. The rooftop terrace affords a wonderful view across the city, though service up there was not particularly prompt or pleasant. We sprung for the breakfast, which was good enough but certainly not worth the 24 pounds per person. The shower stall...

"On the same trip this is my second apartment that we stayed at during the trip, and the experience was great! The apartment had a large sitting area with a kitchen and a kitchen table. Two bedrooms, and a nice size bathroom. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and it was in a great location with a parking deck across the street. the staff were friendly, and in fact we stood and chatted with Allison for about 30 minutes after we checked out.
