We arrived early and so waited for our room in the lounge. Staff provided tea and the wait was pleasant. However, at the changing of shifts it seems the next shift didn’t know we had arrived and were waiting so I reduced a star for that. "A convenient location for the cable cars. Probably a fun, buzzing hotel during the season but off-season it was quiet and Verbier was dead with most places closed. The summer season is concentrated in July and August only."
