"We’ve been to this hotel 3 years ago and we loved it. That’s why we returned this year. The place is nice, good parking, close to the train, nice pool, nice view, clean. But this time the furniture was no longer in good condition: bed was broken, the couch also had a problem - was difficult to sleep, the chairs looked bad even if they had a cover. And it wasn’t only in our room as our friends had the same in their apartment. That’s a pitty as the property is great."

Ski locker corridor, cold swimming pool. Good location, next to Flaine Forêt ski lifts. There is a spar and ski rental, esf ski lesson shop within 5 mins walk."

"Amazing stay - penthouse apartment with incredible views and incredible space. Lovely staff. Building is right on the slopes. Pool and spa area lovely after a day of skiing. Well equipped gym. And a playroom. A few mins walk to restaurants and supermarket. Worked well for a family with skiers and non skiers (and a toddler). Could do with a few more hooks for the various towels and bathrobes!"

Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "
