"Service and cleanliness was excellent. Staff are good. But for a 5-star they seemed lacking in some areas where they missed keeping the snacks and beverages in the room as well lack of some important stuff required for a hotel stay. Breakfast was good with good variety. All restaurants and even room service closes at 10.30 pm which is a complete NO for a 5-star hotel"

"This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. All the staff were excellent but I give particular thanks to Arun who could not do enough for us. Jeevan & everyone made our stay perfect, especially after our hour sunset boat trip we had a table set up under the tree on the edge of the River. Alchil the nite porter super helpful.
