"Would have been a 5 star review, if not for the reduced levels of service and facilities due to the hotel closing for the end of season. As we paid full price, we should have received the same service as any other guest throughout the year. This is not the Ikos we have experienced in the past. The hotel had very few guest, in contract to high season so they should not be running out of towels, crips, ice creams, drinks etc daily. "Excellent hotel. Family friendly, great staff, good food. Beach and pools amazing although none of them heated so can be cold (we were there end of season) didn’t stop us though! Limited entertainment but nice vibe in the piazza area in the evenings."
