However the room was not spectacular and the housekeeping were casual, sometimes seated on the floor in the hallways, and often left vacuums and other cleaning equipment just laying on the floor for extended periods. "From the moment we stepped inside until the moment we left, we had an enjoyable experience. 24h coffee, lattes, tea and hot chocolate, was served. Breakfast was included and one had a variety to choose from. The rooms were neat and comfortable with a front desk that one could phone for any reason. "We stayed over for one night. This property is situated between Pretoria's two major shopping malls-the Broolyn mall and the Menlyn Mall.
