"We enjoyed our stay although we had been concerned after reading a couple of recent poor reviews. We felt that these were unjustified. The property was remote and relaxing. Sometimes instructions needed to be repeated. Lunch and dinner were very nice although alcohol is not served. The rooms were very big and the staff were very polite. There are a selection of massages in the spa. "

"The staff were all top notch, professional,and very friendly. The buffets were delicious and had a varied menu to choose from. The food was kept warm in Creuset pans which is much appreciated and necessary for buffets. The location is 10 mins from Kochi airport so very convenient after a long journey. The shuttle picked us up 10 mins after arriving outside of the airport. We only stayed one night on our way to Munnar. The hotel referred me to a driver who we booked for 4 days to Munnar and...
