"We had just one overnight in Valencia, and looked specifically for some unit for the family of 3 close to the beach. For our purpose it turned out to be an excellent choice. It is not a luxury apartment, but very clean, easy accessible (1st floor), in the nice neighborhood and in walkable distance to the perfect beaches. We were very satisfied with our choice."

Balcony and terrace is huge with views of the beach and the hustle and bustle. Washing line provided ( take some pegs with you). Room thoroughly cleaned in day 3 and clean supply of towels. "The listing was deceitful it implied beach property. The area is rundown with abandoned properties all around. It is a 10 minut walk to the beach in a nasty area. The property was clean. The communications with property were via email only with responses the next day. No refund was available once we booked."
