Air con in the room never worked properly, made peace that it was going to be just too hot as no inclination in staff to actually resolve just turn up put a thermometer under the vent and say it’s fine. Tv signal terrible, looks like you are watching on a 1980s TV, ‘this is the signal we receive’ was the response received. Room apart from broken...

"I liked the friendly and helpful staff, nice furnishings in the apartments and adequately stocked with all the necessities for such accommodation! The bed was comfortable with very nice bed linen! Like the proximity to Sandton City and Mandela Sq! All in all I thought the Raphael was very good value for money! I did not like the view from my room.. faced the wall (but at least it wasn’t concrete and plain, but would have preferred a city view! "
