"Beautiful hotel. Tastefully furnished and very comfortable suite. Would have preferred not to stay in a conjoined suite. Guests next door were loud and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Concierge said that he would have the manager follow up the next day after our initial complaint, but we were never contacted. We would have appreciated a different room, some mild compensation or just hearing from them. Despite the noise, we would return. "
