First time travelling with our 4 month old so I forgot to put them on the reservation (that's on me for sure) but rather than an understanding, accommodating welcome, we were greeted with an dismissive, accusatory tone that I would not expect from a 5 star establishment that cost over R2000/night. "Friendly hostess, staff & resident dogs. Room is very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and all little touches like a water bottle at night are much appreciated. Breakfast is extensive ito menu & delicious ito preparation and eating! A very special B&B. Highly recommended "
