I rate it 6 stars 1 level above every other hotel i have ever stayed at including a tough competior the Grand Hyatt. They are good the Grand Westdide is GREAT. Staff there are a group of friendly caring exceptional people. Other hotels should sent their staff to this hotel in Manila for some on the job training on how to treat people as professional and curtious as the do.
