"Always a great stay with friendly and warm staff"

"Booked a runway suite for my toddler who loves airplanes. We had the perfect view for plane-spotting at the 11/F, but the AC was acting up due to extreme heat that day. We had to move to a lower floor, but couldn't really fault the staff for this. All the staff we encountered especially Duty Manager Mosh and FO Angelika were very helpful. They knew exactly how to assist us and were excellent at customer service. The queen bed was also one of the comfiest we've ever slept in. Savoy Manila turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. Seems unassuming, but it certainly over-delivered especially when it came to its best assets-- its people."

"The staff are exceptional! Everyone works super hard to help the guests and ensure they have everything needed. Jeff, one of the porters, was especially friendly and helpful. The porter who worked the other shift was also wonderfully kind and helpful but Ive forgotten his name. The hitel is right in Chinatown and you can walk to most of the malls and restaurants. There is a wonderful display of Philippine books for sale in the lobby that is interesting to browse. The restaurant even kept my medicine refrigerated for me between checkout and my departure to the airport. I would recommend a stay in this hotel."
