The staff helped us figure out how to get around (ferry, on foot), as well tailoring our activity options to us. "Have stayed here previously and always love coming back. This time I came with my partner and it was such a great experience. The staff were kind and friendly and accomodating to us during busy pool hours. The only thing I would mention would be that there is no fans in the bathrooms which makes the room very steamy!
