"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5....

It would be great if the cost of food items was kept more affordable in the onsite shop, and if there was a bigger selection of well known international products as well as essentials such as soap. The location is a bit remote, a free or low cost shuttle service, in the busy months, would really be useful to Palma and local beaches. "What an incredibly beautiful hotel!! The staff would go above and beyond. The hotel room was stunning and smelt amazing… in fact the entire hotel smells amazing! Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast buffet had great options and you could order eggs and crepes too. We had a lovely long weekend and can’t wait to return again sometime. "
