"This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great."

"Hotel nie zasluguje na 5*. Jedzenie słabe, brak obsługi kelnerskiej, drinki serwowanw w papierowych kubkach. Pokojowki nie sprzataja a po ich wizycie w pokoju pozostaje na dlugo smrod starego potu. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Wstyd, ze Melia jako siec pozwala sobie na tak slaba jakosc."

"Lovely hotel. Unfortunately they changed the air conditioning for heating the day we arrived which was totally unnecessary. It was incredibly hot during the night. Also we received an unscheduled guest at 10pm - the bellboy entered the room without knocking as he went to the wrong room. Was not impressed! "

"Very limited breakfast. You had to stay in line for about 10 minutes to get a small cap of coffee. No towels for the beach. No area on the beach - you have to pay or stay in empty 'free zone'."

It looks like if you are back in the 60s. The beds are super uncomfortable at a level like if you are sleeping on a piece of brick with a sheet on it. The AC is totally useless. No matter what temperature you put it would just not cold off the room. Old smelly carpets. The bathroom had mold and even the mirror was deteriorated. If...
