"We were really disappointed in how old fashioned and dreary the apartment was. Very little was offered in the way of housekeeping. Our bed sheets were not changed in 14 nights, the spare pillows had no pillow cases on and there was no mattress protector on the bed. The pool was nice, but the best areas were hogged every day by the same people putting towels out at ungodly hours. There was a mix of residents and holidaymakers with barely anyone speaking English so there's not much choice but to...

We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly. "The hotel itself is in an extension of the city and far away from any option to dine out. You are bound to the extremely limited menu offered in house. Not everything on the menu is something I would ever order and this reduces the options even more. In a one hour walking distance is no other restaurant. The beach is about 80 stairs down the property and very steep. The Black Sea is extremely dirty. This is not a proper beach-front property. I did wear a white SPEEDO T-shirt with UV protection...
