"1) Hope to have more accessible features inside bathroom. Floor is slippery. 2) Room aircon seems to be non-adjustable. Extremely cold at night. Feels stuffy when aircon is switched off. even got mosquitos. 3) Variety of TV channels seems better than when we last visit 2-3 years ago. Room service staff is considerate to put more bottles of mineral water for us . 4) Conciege staff are helpful when assisting us with the luggage and my mum who is with wheelchair. "Quite an old property. Hence didn’t impressed me much. The rooms has an old musky smell like any other hotels which were old. One of the lift was faulty when we were there, but no signs were put up. We waited long time to get to our rooms during peak hour. The hotel staff were helpful and kind when we asked questions. I liked that the hotel employed staff with disabilities, giving them a chance to be more independent. "

"It is a nice & unique hotel with spacious room. But i was shocked to see a big lizard in my room . I really allergic to this species . Otherwise everything will be fine and comfortable. The hotel jetty is near & easy for us to get the night cruise . The area also close to jonker street , "

"Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. It will be better to install it on the wall rather then giving those unrecyclable small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. Nevertheless we did have a pleasant stay at this new hotel. "

"Great in theory, but it’s a little tired. Only one of the dining options was open, which was a challenge given it’s a long way from anything else. The pool is gorgeous but closes at 6, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall it was fine, but not what I expected for the price paid"
