"Good quality hotel in convenient location for a few days business trip near the old airport, now closed. The elevated metro ran close by, but no noise from that or busy road. Didn't get to do any site seeing, in local area. "

The staff especially team members like Karishma, Neha they are very pleasant to work with. They take the time to understand your request and mostly able to accommodate accordingly. The SPA and salon is beautiful and great staff. Added bonus - tons of shopping within walking distance. "

"This is an amazing palace, but it does not live up to either its reputation or high room tariff insofar as the Hyderabadi cuisine at their Indian restaurant. The food was not up to standard and did not have an authentic Hyderabadi taste or flavor! They need to hire a local Hyderabadi chef who knows “gharana food!” The restaurant staff are very courteous and accommodating, but again, the quality of food left much to be desired. An intern by the name of Gulnaz made our stay very special with her...
