"A really nice hotel close to the town centre. All staff were friendly and made an effort to make you feel welcome. The room had a good view of the sea (breakfast room too) and was spacious and clean. Full English breakfast was first class and great value as it came part of the room cost. Excellent hotel and would defo stay here again when visiting Cornwall."

"Stayed for Valentine’s which included dinner (up to £40 Per Person) & breakfast. Main was ok but monkfish over cooked & pork under ( fat not rendered enough). They offered to take the fish main off the bill which was £32, as not finished & mentioned not the best. When we checked out the £32 was not put towards the drinks bill but as other than this we had a nice time & staff were great we never said anything. "Fantastic 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom barn as the style of accommodation is called. Exceeded our expectations as it was modern and spotless. It was fitted out like a show home. Nice swimming pool at Retallack although changing rooms could do with a refurbishment. Used the flowrider which is excellent fun. Had a decent meal in the restaurant one night. Would recommend the resort highly and will definitely go back again. "

"The Caravan wasn't clean on handover. Hob was dirty. Shower dirty. Floor really dirty. Accidentally split a drink on floor when i cleaned it up the cloth was absolutely filthy. Beds uncomfortable mattress so hard. Sorry wont be staying again "
