"As you expect from Taj, excellent customer service but the rooms are now very dated and not worth what you have to pay. 20 years ago rooms would have been fantastic but not in 2025. Def needs a refurb"

"Overall a decent place to stay. It does and at times doesn't give you a vibe of a 5 star hotel. Services were pretty quick but the reception was average. The room was spacious and in decent condition bathroom was a let down. Aircon somehow was a bit too cold even after adjusting the thermostat. The buffet in the morning was pretty limit and even had found a hair in one of the dishes (that was unacceptable and disgusting). "
