Wonderful experience in Storii, Courtesy Aruna

"Wonderful experience during our stay and the service provided by Aruna’s team was exceptional. I would like to specifically acknowledge the following members for their outstanding support, Nikhil in restaurant , Rohit and Vinod for their assistance while we were dining . Aruna was amazing and generously offered us a free upgrade. Had booked three rooms. Anjali from Reception, whose professionalism stood out. Special mention to Abhishek from Reception, who was extremely warm and courteous throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the curated services and the local cuisine flavors added a delightful touch to our stay. Thank you once again for making our visit memorable. We look forward to returning soon."

Velmore Kasauli Operated by Royal Orchid

"The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. Similar experience when calling Inhouse dining. Once an ask for full size plates rather than the supplied quarter plates, resulted in delay of 20 mins and delivery of French Fries! Had to call the reception, talk to manager to get it sorted. While I loved the peace and tranquility of the property, I think it needs ton up it's game in services."
