"We have stayed in this hotel 5 times so obviously enjoy the facilities abd location. However this time checkout was very slow and I was in line for 20 minutes. I had to eventually ask a member of staff standing in the background to check me out, not good customer service. Express checkout or better training of staff would help."

"Really nice. Really nice, if you only want to stay at their place. Nothing else in the immediate vicinity. You need anything? They have no “store”. Asprin? Nope. Sunblock or sunscreen? Nope.
