The rooms are exceptionally clean and the turndown service offers delicious sweet. I was greeted at the front desk with an offer of champagne . That just let me know that this is an exceptional boutique hotel. Security and bell service lets you know that you are entering a 5 star hotel when you first arrive. "The rooms were old and dated, bathroom with cement on the walls. Overall the feeling was of an old apartment upgraded with low funding. Location is good, dining around on, but for 200 USD a night you can find real hotel with much better valued for money. I suspected that and I chose it only because most of the typical hotels were fully booked on my stay."
