"Have stayed here over the years and its not the newest of hotels. However the Manager very kindly gave us a suite when I mentioned the Wife would be on her own during the day whilst I attended an exhibition. It was a nice touch which je didn't have to do. Bed was firm (i like that) but not toy Wife's taste."

It was very important for me that we get a room asap so that my daughter could sleep after a long flight.
