"Very noisy people in adjoining room till 3am! Could not sleep until 4am. Reported to Reception who took action. No Coffee in room or in hotel until 7pm on our arrival in the afternoon. Was available on open roof but gales blowing at the time! Staff very helpful when they could be."

"This hotel is in a very good location, within a short walking distance of the beach and sea. Prior to making my reservation I called the hotels reservation centre for details to compare with Expedia. There appeared to be little difference, so I chose to make the booking via Expedia.ca. I booked the deluxe double soundproof room, with air conditioning, sea view (The Level), on the top floor of the hotel. "Nice hotel it's located outside of the city center. Taxis and Uber to and from the city center had wait time's of 15 minutes. 35 to 40 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast had a variety of options and was good especially for the price."
