"This was our forth stay at Almira hotel. The reason why we love it so much because the rooms are a great big size, very comfortable beds, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very nice and thr ladies on spa facility is amazing. Its literally a high end spa. The only thing we didnt like about our visit this time was the change in spa rules: they wanted guest to come down in their bath robes and not use any of the lockers. "Karinna offers what ever is needed in skiing facilities a nd accompanying amenities. Staff is very attentive in many locations, namely ski rental equipment, restaurants but reception lacks the attention and persnal service to elevate the stay to higher standards. I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday. "A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight.
