"We enjoyed the resort very much, we plan on returning next year. I have a lot of trouble walking and it is a HUGE place, however they did supply wheelchairs which was great. Before arriving i had asked three times for a room near the elevator, we were given the last room of a hallway after being promised we would get a room close to the elevator. "No complaints! Hotel was nice, staff was great. 5$-7$ will get you to palm or eagle beach. It is walkable if you would like to also. Great stay. They do have a resort fee."
