"The Ibis is in a good city centre location next to an NCP car park. The rooms are basic but comfy, very clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was the only disappointment with barely warm food, an over stood egg and no forks or spoons in the cutlery tray. I have stayed here before and will do again next time I visit Aberdeen."

Had a problem with the TV and the delightful duty manager tried her best to fix it before swapping it for another one, apologising for any inconvenience. "Great 4 star hotel at a very reasonable price.. Nice reasonably price restaurant and nice bar. Breakfast was superb and the tiny waitress from Thailand who was there was great, a wonderful personality. Only drawback was the lift was not working and they tried to put us on the 3td floor, my wife just cannot do that many stairs so I asked for a room on a lower floor which ended up behind an upgrade at no extra cost. "
