"Excellent location in charming countryside and just a short drive to Witney and Burford. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Historic property with traditional pub feel, a log fire, cosy armchairs and nice gardens. Food in the pub was standard pub fare, fairly average and expensive but you are paying for the location. We had a lovely stay here."

"This old pub/hotel is right on the high street. Although it doesnt have onsight parking we parked across the street which is free, there is also a near by car park. Burford house has a resturant, which serves well presented tasty food. There is also plenty of other places to eat on the high street. Burford house house has plenty of character, our room had a beautiful four poster bed, lead windows overlooking the high street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Burford is well worth a visit."

"Stayed for one night in the Burford room, which was an accessible room, with lots of space and a walk in wet room. It was under floor heated and therefore whilst being spacious was also cosy. Beautiful crisp white linen and towels and a super cosy duvet. "Was here for a 2-night stay for work. Free parking on drive of property, take care coming out, as restricted view of road. Greeted by Sigrid who was pleasant and provided good local information. Mini fridge and table on landing with snacks (need to pay for them). Also in fridge was fresh milk for tea and coffee in your room. My room was lovely with ensuite and seperate toilet (in room).
