"Previously I have been to a 5-Star Manor in Mpumalanga and amazing 4-Star hotels which I felt they standard was just 5-Star. However this time around my 5-Star expectation was not met at all. The rooms are nice and big - really that's about the good thing I can say. However for a 5-star and with the COVID-19 outbreak; I expected a bit of attention to hygiene however the cleanliness was not up to standard in my personal view. "The only thing keeping this hotel at a 3 * level is the breakfast which was not bad. Hotel has some potential IF it was maintained properly, serviced on time and had qualified personnel in place.
