The gardens are a good feature but could use a bit of attention. The pools are not big but are pleasant, though can be crowded around. The spa is good but the pool isn't for swimming. "We arrived late at night and we got a great welcome and our room was large and very clean and comfortable. The large windows overlooked the garden - splendid sight in the morning! Breakfast was very good and dinner was in a different area and delightful. The grounds are huge including a golf course. The pool and surrounding area is grass with good sun loungers. "Excellent hotel situated across the road from the lovely Son Mol Beach. Quiet though central location. Impressive hotel room and high end bathroom. We booked half board and the standard of food is very high indeed. Only criticisms in relation to our stay would be that the pool which is such a feature of the Hotel, was not heated (early Nov) though we prefer sea swimming (which was warmer), bottled water was not provided free of charge in the room and we were expected to pay for Nespresso...
