"Good hotel, just a few little things that hindered my stay, namely the noise from.above the ceiling in my room! Also, the room didn't have an in-room dining menu. When I called reception to ask for one, nobody answered. On the plus side, the gym and wellness centre are excellent!"

"the overall service is good, except for the check-in, it was terrible. I made a special request for high floor room several weeks before my arrival through Hotels.com. Upon arrival however, the employee allocated a room in the lowest floor he could find (2nd), and had no interest what so ever to find a room which matches my request although, from my observation, the hotel is more than half empty and such rooms are available .. Never again in this hotel if I can find an alternative. "

"Overseas traveler from the US. This is located in a bit of an older part of town, but I thought it was still nice area and felt much more authentic and historical then some of the newer hotels. Very elegant and the room was good, no concerns at all. Service was excellent and friendly. "

"All was good, except for the shower area in the bathroom. There's not a step that prevents the shower water to come out into the whole bathroom, which created a mess every time taking a shower. "
