"The hotel itself was lovely. The rooms are well appointed, and they even gave us an upgrade at no additional charge, which was very much appreciated. The staff are all professional and friendly. The reason I gave four instead of five stars was for the tremendous construction noise that was right outside our window. It started very early in the morning. "The room was very basic for a 5 store hotel. Basic bed and with only two pillows. Air conditioning was not working - the door was closed appropriately in order for it to turn on, but it was warm. We told reception but nothing was done. We stayed in a room with a private pool which was nice, although the water was freezing cold (and we went in late August). Definitely recommend a heated pool. We had a half board - the food was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities."
